Mākua Beach Branding Session with Treasure Hawaii

We LOVE small businesses and we LOVE to support them. You can find us often at the Aloha Home Markets or the Mālama Hawaii Makers Markets because we love to view the art that our favorite small business owners are creating. Another way that we love to support them is by taking photos of the incredible things that they create.

We were so thrilled to take photos of the amazing things that Treasure Hawaii creates! Treasure Hawaii hand crafts stunning shell jewelry! They dive for the shells off the coasts of O’ahu, make breathtaking pieces, and then every one of their sales helps to raise funds for local organizations (Ho`ōla Nā Pua, Kaaawa K9, Project Hawai'I Inc.)

We decided to do these photos on the Leeward Coast during golden hour and we had an absolute blast together. What is better than pretty jewelry? Pretty jewelry in golden light! Not only did we photograph beautiful earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and anklets, but we had some dive staples, shells, and local greenery as accents.
