Kapolei, Hawaii Glowy Sunset Portraits
Aloha friends,
We are so excited to share this session with you. Joanna reached out to us to capture some headshots for her as Mrs. Kapolei, and we were beyond thrilled to do this for her.
We started with some traditional headshots with indoor studio lights and backdrops in her home. While this is not our specialty, we had so much fun stretching our creative muscles and capturing Joanna in some of her formal gowns. Then, we headed outside at a location in Kapolei right at golden hour for some glowy, magical portraits.
Joanna was SO FUN to photograph. Not only is she stunning and a total model, but her kind heart and joyful personality are undeniable. Keep scrolling to see the magic we made! ⬇️

We say it often (because it is true), but we are SO grateful for this job. It is a true honor to photograph beautiful people in such an incredible place. It is not often that we photograph just one person for a shoot and this session took us back to our senior photography days in Virginia Beach.
